2. Service description

IPTVImpact provides access to internet-delivered streaming infrastructure, including live channels and on-demand video-on-demand (VOD) content, accessible via compatible third-party player applications. IPTVImpact does not host or store any copyrighted content on its own servers; content availability depends on third-party sources and may vary by region.

3. Accounts & subscriptions

• Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected term (1, 3, 12, or 24 months) and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• Login credentials are personal to your account and tied to the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your subscription credentials outside your plan's connection limit is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful where you live.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). IPTVImpact does not store your card details. See our Refund Policy for details on the money-back guarantee.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." IPTVImpact is not liable for interruptions, content availability changes, or losses arising from third-party source outages beyond our control.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
